How do I install the phone tether?+
Place the flat tether tab between your phone and phone case, then guide the small connector loop through the charging-port opening. Clip the retractable tether onto the exposed loop.
Does the flat tab stay outside the phone case?+
No. The flat tab is designed to sit inside the case. Only the small connector loop extends through the bottom opening, helping keep the back of the phone clean and uncluttered.
How far does the cord extend?+
The retractable cord extends up to approximately 60CM, giving you extra reach when using your phone while it remains connected to the reel.
How much weight can automatically retract?+
The reel is designed to automatically retract loads up to approximately 10 oz. Heavier items may not retract fully on their own.
Does the carabiner lock?+
Yes. The carabiner includes a screw-style locking sleeve. After clipping it to a compatible attachment point, twist the sleeve closed to help reduce accidental opening.
What can I attach it to?+
It can be clipped to compatible bag straps, belt loops, backpacks, luggage and other secure attachment points. It can also be used with phones, keys, badges and other lightweight everyday essentials.
Will it work with every phone case?+
Compatibility depends on the phone case. The case needs enough space at the bottom charging-port opening for the connector loop to pass through without interfering with normal use.
Can I still charge my phone normally?+
In many compatible cases, yes. Make sure the tether loop does not block your charging connector or prevent the cable from fitting securely.
Always check that the phone case, connector loop and carabiner are securely attached before carrying your device.
